Whether on the water, in the mountains or in the middle of the forest - outdoors we feel ourselves more intensely, breathe more freely and our pace can slow down. With hikes, retreats and other formats, I create experiences that are more than just sport. Nature becomes a space for new energy, genuine relaxation and deep connection - with the environment and with yourself.
