Sometimes a workout is not enough - sometimes it takes a change of perspective to really get moving. In my opinion, nature offers us the best place to do this. Whether on the water, in the mountains or in the middle of the forest - outdoors we feel ourselves more intensely, breathe more freely and our pace can slow down. With hikes, retreats and other formats, I create experiences that are more than just sport. Nature becomes a space for new energy, genuine relaxation and deep connection - with the environment and with yourself.
